Refund policy

You can request a return for an unused item within 30 days of delivery. Use the Contact page in the LootPouch store menu and include your order number and the item you want to return. We’ll send return instructions. Please wait for those instructions before mailing anything.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. We refund approved returns to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. If you can, include a photo. We’ll cover an approved refund or replacement and any required return postage. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
